Nick Cannon To Produce K-Pop Centered Nickelodeon Show 'The Drop'

Nick Cannon is co-producing a Nickelodeon television show that is quickly becoming known as K Pop High.
The half-hour musical comedy will officially be called The Drop, and will take place at an international boarding school. The show will revolve around three students there who discover that they all are interested in K-Pop.
Casting for the show's lead stars has yet to be announced, but production is likely to begin in December 2014 or early January 2015.
As soon as news about The Drop started spreading on the Internet, K-Pop fans grew excited and nervous about how the show would portray the genre and its followers. 
K-Pop has been featured on American television shows before, such as Glee, Selfie, and America's Next Top Model after the music genre made global headlines following the overwhelming success of PSY's "Gangnam Style."
It Is unknown when 'The Drop' will premiere on Nickelodeon.
