2NE1 leader and K-Pop's "Baddest Female" CL has revealed her US debut album is in the works.
South Korean rapper-singer Chae-rin Lee, otherwise known by her stage name CL, has teamed up with American talent manager Scooter Braun in preparation for her US debut next year.
On October 16, Korean media outlet Star News reported that the K-Pop star has already finished recording several tracks that will be included on her upcoming solo album due for release sometime in 2015. Reports have also indicated that CL plans to drop a pre-release single in the Spring to raise hype for her full-scale debut stateside.
