VIXX is dominating the music industry across Asia.
The six-member boy group will be holding their first solo concert in
Japan and have even added a concert date due to the high demand of
tickets to the concert.
"VIXX will be holding their first solo Japan concert on August 21 in
Osaka and August 23 in Tokyo for a total of two performances. They sold
out all of the available 7,500 tickets for these concerts," stated the
idol group's agency.
VIXX has created a solid fan base for themselves with their Japanese
debut album, titled 'Darkest Angels', which was released on July 2. The
album ranked No. 1 on the Tower Records Weekly Album Chart and took a
spot at No. 10 on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart, according to Yahoo
Entertainment Singapore.
The members of VIXX traveled to Japan in early July and held a "high-touch" event in Kobe and Tokyo for over 10,000 fans.
"I was able to stay strong thanks to our members who were always there
for the hard moments. They are the reason why we were able to come so
far. Thank you for being VIXX, who were able to do their first solo
concert. Finally to my Starlights, thank you and I love you," stated N.
